TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YONGJI WANJING TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yongji Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Yongji City, Shanxi Province.
